Originally from Calgary, Alberta Tanica made the move to sunny La Jolla more than six years ago. She holds a degree Bachelor of Business Administration and her professional career began as a project manager for a large general contracting company. There, she learned first-hand the importance of processes, procedures and timelines. In 2017 she started her real estate career as an Executive Assistant to one of San Diego's top luxury real estate agents. She gained valuable experience working with agents and clients and honed her skills on the behind-the-scenes work of Transaction Coordinating. Tanica has a knack for perfection and you can trust her to get the job done right and on time. Her ability to coordinate every stage of your transaction smoothly and efficiently means you'll be able to spend more time in front of clients, and less time in front of your computer. She will keep every detail in check so that nothing falls through the cracks and give you back your time to focus on you, your business and your family.
When Tanica is not assisting her agents you can find her soaking up the California sunshine. She spends her free time running, doing yoga and spending quality time with her fiancé Trevor, her step-daughter Jade, 1 year old son Smith and her favourite four-legged companion, Bonita the Chihuahua.
